Week 1 has gone so fast and here is week 2 and we are ready to start a new challenging week.
It is Thursday today and I am trying to keep up with all the new exercises. I am not doing so bad. I read the OG Mandino, I ready my Blueprint and my DMP and I have started my Index and Chore Cards and I do my 15min stillness meditation. My first task for this week is to finish reading the book “Think & Grow Rich” by Sunday, October 9th. Associated with this task is the blue rectangular shape. The exercise consist in seeing rectangular blue shapes everywhere. This will remind me of completing my task. I am also revising my DMP and now adding to it my PPNs. My PPNs are : Liberty & Helping others.
But what I really loved this week was to read the Part Two of The Master Key. The Conscious and Subconscious mind fascinates me! To recognize the omnipotence of the subconscious mind is incredible. The habits that persist in our mind come from our subconscious mind. To get rid of those old habits (if that is one´s aim) we have to teach our subby to reprogram itself. We have to feed it with different food thoughts. To do so we must be in harmony with the Universal Mind. State what is wanted, feel it with passion and vibrate with it.
I am a person full of bad habits, like many of you, I suppose. My latest bad habit is to stay home and constantly check the internet. I need urgently to get rid of this habit. To get rid of it I have to construct a GOOD habit. How will I achieve this? I have to tell my mind to “Stop it”, change, move…
